Cigna Global Customers – New Welcome Packs

Claims, Tools

Based on direct feedback from our customers and brokers we are going digital with all policy documents. This allows us to reduce paper waste, which is more environmentally friendly.

What is changing?

We will no longer be sending hard copy policy documents to our customers, and everything will be available digitally via the online customer area.

All customers will now receive a welcome pack containing the following:

  • Cigna ID card
  • Welcome letter
  • Getting started guide

We have also redesigned the welcome pack to give it a new updated look.

When are the changes taking place?

The anticipated launch date for new welcome packs is August 5th, 2019. Please note that this does not yet affect renewal documents.
