EQ Care Virtual Health Care
We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with The Co-operators, who through EQ Care is providing your Co-operators Group Benefits. Clients with Extended Health Care, temporary complimentary virtual health care services.
After December 1, 2020, plan members will be able to register themselves and their dependents for 24/7 bilingual access. And, this will be to a multi-disciplinary team of medical professionals for both physical and mental health consultations.
The complimentary EQ Care virtual health care services will be available to your Co-operators group clients at no cost until their next renewal date following May 31, 2021. At that time, Corina/Clear Benefits will have to update here with what their clients can expect.
We have enclosed two brochures. One provides information for plan sponsors on the benefits of providing these services to their plan members. The other for plan members, to provide them with details on how to easily sign-up for the services through the online portal or mobile app.
